Thank you for shopping with ACE Trading! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
1. 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. All returns require prior authorization.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, returned items must meet these conditions:
- Condition: Unused, with original packaging, all accessories included, and protective films intact (where applicable).
- Original Packaging: All original boxes, manuals, remote controls, cables, and bundled accessories must be returned. Missing components may result in a reduced refund or denial of return.

Factory Seal & Usage: A 15% restocking fee will apply only if the factory seal has been broken and the product shows evidence of use. If the original factory seal remains intact, no restocking fee will be applied.
Open-Box/Refurbished Items: For open-box or refurbished items specifically purchased as such, a restocking fee will not be applied if the item is returned in unused condition and with all original components. - Serial Number Verification: We record serial numbers to prevent fraudulent returns. Returns will be verified against our records.
- Exceptions: Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are exempt from the 15% restocking fee with proper return authorization.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom/Personalized Items
- Hazardous Materials
- Final Sale Items & Gift Cards
- Opened Software/Games (due to licensing restrictions)
4. Return Authorization Process
1. Initiate a Return: Complete our online Contact Form within 14 days of delivery. *Returns initiated without prior authorization will not be accepted.*
2. Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
3. Shipment Requirements: Send returns to the address provided in your authorization email. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned at your expense.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the *authorized* return.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days via your original payment method (processing times vary with financial institutions, typically 7-10 days).
- Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

7. Exchanges
1. Initiate a return for the original product (requiring return authorization).
2. Once authorized, place a new order for the replacement item through our website or by contacting us via the [**Contact Form**](#).
8. Warranty Information
Many of our electronics are covered by manufacturer warranties. Returns due to defects *after* the 14-day return period may be subject to those warranty terms. Please retain your purchase receipt for warranty claims.
9. Apple Product Return Requirements
For all Apple products, you must remove the device from your Apple ID/iCloud account and disable “Find My” before returning it. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. If "Find My" is still enabled at inspection, we cannot process your refund until resolved.
