Order Processing

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email, including your tracking number, will be sent once your order has shipped from our California warehouse. Please check your spam folder if you do not see these emails.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders over $99 (within the 48 contiguous USA) qualify for Free Shipping. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier for free shipments.
• Standard Shipping: For customers who wish to specify a carrier or service class, Standard Shipping is available. Please indicate your preferred carrier in the "Comments" section during checkout.
• Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska: We happily ship to Hawaii and Alaska; however, standard shipping rates will apply to these destinations.

Carriers We Use

For Free and Standard Shipping, we utilize a variety of carriers including: UPS SurePost, FedEx SmartPost, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground. We select the most economical option based on your location and order weight.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Please note that Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping options are only available for physical addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using these discounted rates. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Delivery Times (within USA)

We ship from California, and typical delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. While we strive to process orders quickly, please allow for potential delays due to carrier factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs & Returns

• Free Shipping with Return: If you receive Free Shipping and return items resulting in an order total under $99, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your remaining order value remains over $99, no shipping deduction will apply.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as "Undelivered," we will issue a refund for the product cost, less the initial shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

Signature Required

For high-value items, we may require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.

International Shipping

Currently, ACE Trading Store does not ship orders outside of the USA.
